All too often people lose site of what "REPRESENTATION" means.

     Quite simply it means sticking to the ideals and principles that you live and practice. Listening to the people one represents and implimenting those ideals and ideas in the public forum.

     Common sense, respect for the people, the region and the surrounding community are factors that must be considered.

"REASONABLE" growth and develpement.  
The key word being "REASONABLE"

     Here is an example - Emminent Domain for private developement.  The U.S. Supreme Court says it is OK.  I do not agree with a open ended interpretation of this as many do not.  We must consider the rights of homeowners and businesses already in place rather than to displace people simply for tax revenue. There is something wrong with this.
      I generally believe TIF (Tax Increment Financing) hurts our schools and our community when used to excess.  Before such a gift is allowed to a developer serious consideration must be given to those most adversely affected - that is you.

We all expect honesty.
